INCLUSIVE SOCIAL PROGRAMME

These events are included in the registration fee of registered participants and their registered accompanying guests. However, in order to get a clear idea on numbers expected, we ask participants to check the boxes of the programme elements they plan to attend and the number of persons who will attend. Tickets will be provided accordingly in the registration packs.

The congress dinner on 10/08/2006 is also an included event for all registered participants and their registered accompanying guest(s). However, the organizers have decided to charge a small administrative fee to confirm participation. In the registration form, a box has to be checked to indicate participation. If this box is not checked, we will automatically assume that there is no wish to attend the congress dinner and no ticket will be provided in the registration pack. OPTIONAL SOCIAL PROGRAMME & TOURS

These programme elements are not included in the registration fee and a separate payment is required. Full day bus tours include transportation by bus, full day guidance by a professional guide, lunch and tickets for museum visits if applicable.
