An Exhibition will be held from 7 to 10 August
2006 at the 23rd European Crystallographic Meeting in Leuven, Belgium.
We are expecting 800 to 1000 participants to attend this professionally
outstanding event. We have pleasure in inviting you to join this
meeting as an exhibitor and/or sponsor.

Application
Application for exhibition and/or sponsorship should be made in
writing with the Download Order form to:
Once an application is made, a 50% deposit payment
on the basis of our invoice will be requested to confirm the reservation.
Exhibition & meeting venue

Location: The exhibition will be sited in Hall
'De Nieuwe Valk' located in the close vicinity of the Meeting Registration
and all the Lecture Rooms. Coffee breaks and lunch cafeteria will
also be arranged in this area. The Internet Room is located on the
first floor and participants going there will have to cross the
exhibition hall.
Exhibition space & booths
Opportunities will be provided to show products and activities in
the exhibition connected with the meeting. The following two types
of exhibition space are provided:
Empty space: EUR 250.-/sq.m
Full service: EUR 300.-/sq.m
Empty space: 2 chairs, 1 table, an electrical
outlet (230V/15 Ampère) only will be provided.
Full service: Modular booth system, which uses
a cubicle module set-up. This will contain: panels for back-walls
and sidewalls, 2 chairs, 1 table, spot lights, 1 shelf for display,
1 lockable cupboard, exhibitor's name on the fascia. An electrical
outlet (230V/15 Ampère) will be provided for each exhibitor.

Stand sizes
Basic stand sizes are: 6 sq.m - 9 sq.m - 12 sq.m and its multiples
to a maximum of 36 sq.m per booth.
The floor plan of the exhibition will be made
by the Meeting Secretariat so as to best further the goals of this
important international event. A first-come / first-served basis
and sponsorship categories will be taken into consideration when
making this floor plan.
If the total demand for booth space exceeds the available space,
the organizers will redistribute the available space in proportion
to each sponsor demand.
Terms of payment & cancellation

100% - by 1 August 2006
Cancellation must be made in writing to the Meeting
Secretariat.

Exhibitors Passes
2 exhibitors passes per 6 sq.m will be provided for the staff of
each stand, which includes free entrance to the exhibition and meeting
area and a meeting programme with the abstract book, however it
is not valid for the conference dinner and excursion. (Tickets may
be purchased from the Meeting Secretariat.)
Requests for Users' Meetings, Company-sponsored
symposia and Workshops must be received by 15 March 2006.
These will be part of the official Scientific
Programme and will be published in the Final Programme. It is the
sponsor's exclusive responsibility to choose the topic, to invite
and to cover the costs of the speakers. The scientific content and
time of the workshops, however, must be approved by the Scientific
Programme Committee. The meeting room equipped with all basic technical
equipment will be included in the fee. However, all the costs of
speakers and any special equipment must be covered by the company.
Companies interested in arranging a Workshop or
Company-Sponsored Symposium should first contact the Meeting Secretariat.

Funding companies will be referred to as Benefactor(s),
Sponsor(s) and Supporter(s) on a competition basis, depending on
the total amount paid by the company for exhibition, sponsorships
and advertisements.
